Rates are subject to change
Our rent rates increase and decrease due to market conditions. The rent rate at lease signing is the rate you will pay for the term of your lease. If we decrease the rent rates after you sign your lease we will not decrease your rate. Likewise if we increase rent rates we will not increase your rate. If we accept a security deposit for a future move in date your contract rate will be the rate at the time of receipt of the security deposit.
Transfer Policy
If you want to change apartments the following policy will apply. New Security Deposit must be paid for apartment you move to. $100.00 administration fee must be paid. All rehab charges for apartment you move from will be your responsibility to pay within 30 days. Sign new 12 month lease.
Short-Term leases are available for $100.00 more a month.
